Had a water leak at my moms house that damaged the floor in three rooms. Restoration 1 came to the rescue. They were professional, courteous and informative. Their crew showed up to do the demo when promised. They got all the demo done in one day. Dryers where set and the team principle walked me through the scope of work and educated me on what the process was going to be working with the insurance company. Everyone on the team was excellent. We worked with Dylan, the team manager. He was very considerate of our situation and made sure our needs were addressed. I can’t say enough nice things about the company and it’s personal. I know they will continue to impress me as work continues.

They were on-site within 2 hours of my call, and Eric was absolutely fantastic, ensuring everything was taken care of promptly and professionally. First of all, I wanna say when Torren answered the phone she sounded so full of enjoyment! I was relieved because I didn’t want to feel like a burden! She helped me get squared away on setting up a time for the team to come out and take a look at my bathroom wall. (Whoever designed bathrooms without windows, why?) They got here in what almost feels like the same hour as the phone call! AMAZING PEOPLE! 👏🏻

I'm new to town and needed help with a leak/issue that we couldn't see. All this happening while my husband is going through stage 4 cancer, and a 5 day stay in the hospital with pulmonary embolism. I would say Kelly B, went above and beyond any company owner would do. She and Eric handled everything and I mean everything for me. Plus being a rock for me, absolutely amazing. Restoration 1 came to our house the same day we found the water leak and damage. The day after the plumbers fixed the leak, Restoration1 started their work. It took a week of drying out walls and floors. They came every day to check on things, and worked with our insurance company. The team Tyler, Gabe, Logan, Aiden, and Brimi always called in advance to let us know their arrival time. They were punctual, courteous, kept us in the loop of what was happening and what to expect. They cleaned up after themselves and were always polite.
