First of all, I wanna say when Torren answered the phone she sounded so full of enjoyment! I was relieved because I didn’t want to feel like a burden! She helped me get squared away on setting up a time for the team to come out and take a look at my bathroom wall. (Whoever designed bathrooms without windows, why?) They got here in what almost feels like the same hour as the phone call! AMAZING PEOPLE! 👏🏻

Had a water leak at my moms house that damaged the floor in three rooms. Restoration 1 came to the rescue. They were professional, courteous and informative. Their crew showed up to do the demo when promised. They got all the demo done in one day. Dryers where set and the team principle walked me through the scope of work and educated me on what the process was going to be working with the insurance company. Everyone on the team was excellent. We worked with Dylan, the team manager. He was very considerate of our situation and made sure our needs were addressed. I can’t say enough nice things about the company and it’s personal. I know they will continue to impress me as work continues.

I had the unfortunate luck of having a water line bust in my wall near my water heater. I was stressed out about all the damage the water had caused. I called up Restoration 1 and I feel that is when my luck had changed. I spoke with Eric and told him of my situation, he was very attentive and came over right away. Him and his team are amazing they took care of all the damage and talked me through the whole process. It definitely gave me a peace of mind have such helpful and caring people working on my house. Restoration 1 of Mohave County did a great job with our remediation. They responded quickly, were easy to work with, and did the job in a fast and efficient manner; always keeping us informed of their progression. They were thorough and sent final pictures containing each stage of the process from beginning to end. They were very responsive when we had questions and were kind, understanding, and sympathetic to our dilemma. I would highly recommend them if you need some restoration/remediation work.
