These guys are amazing!!!! They did a wonderful job. They were friendly and professional. They fixed all of the water damage and mold and they are 24/7.The front desk lady helped me understand everything that I needed to know and was really sweet about it.

I live off John L and recently found out my roof leaks. I called Restoration One and Torren response time was incredible. I let her know what this issue was and explained to her I think my floor has water damage and she was there within minutes !! NO LIE. She made it to my house and gave me an estimated cost and explained to me the damage and got my house fixed up in no time. I highly recommend restoration One and appreciate the experience and help from torren! Thank you Torren. !!!!!

First of all, I wanna say when Torren answered the phone she sounded so full of enjoyment! I was relieved because I didn’t want to feel like a burden! She helped me get squared away on setting up a time for the team to come out and take a look at my bathroom wall. (Whoever designed bathrooms without windows, why?) I called up Restoration 1 and I feel that is when my luck had changed. I spoke with Eric and told him of my situation, he was very attentive and came over right away. Restoration 1 came to our house the same day we found the water leak and damage. The day after the plumbers fixed the leak, Restoration1 started their work. It took a week of drying out walls and floors. They came every day to check on things, and worked with our insurance company. The team Tyler, Gabe, Logan, Aiden, and Brimi always called in advance to let us know their arrival time. They were punctual, courteous, kept us in the loop of what was happening and what to expect. They cleaned up after themselves and were always polite.

Eric, the owner was at r home in 45 min. R flood was so bad he suggested we move out for awhile. With 2 puppies and being almost 80 yrs old, that was not an option. So he was here everyday with more fans then I can count. We were able to stay, he dried out everything in a week. He is caring, understanding and a REAL PROFESSIONAL. Had a water leak at my moms house that damaged the floor in three rooms. Restoration 1 came to the rescue. They were professional, courteous and informative. Their crew showed up to do the demo when promised. They got all the demo done in one day. Dryers where set and the team principle walked me through the scope of work and educated me on what the process was going to be working with the insurance company. Everyone on the team was excellent. We worked with Dylan, the team manager. He was very considerate of our situation and made sure our needs were addressed. I can’t say enough nice things about the company and it’s personal. I know they will continue to impress me as work continues.
